1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

• "Service" refers to Ashgrove's financial education programs and related services
• "Participant" or "You" refers to individuals enrolling in our programs
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Ashgrove
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions
• "Content" refers to educational materials, workbooks, and resources provided

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in Ashgrove programs, accessing our website, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not participate in our programs or use our services.

3. Eligibility

To participate in Ashgrove programs, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete enrollment information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

4. Service Description

Ashgrove provides financial education programs designed to help participants gain understanding of personal finance, investment principles, and financial planning concepts. Our services include:

• Ground Level: Financial Awareness program (4-week group program)
• Elevated View: Investment Principles program (7-session group program)
• Panoramic Strategy: Full Financial Oversight (11-week private consultations)

Our programs are designed for educational purposes only. Participants should consult qualified professionals for specific financial, investment, tax, or legal advice appropriate to their individual circumstances.

5. Enrollment and Payment

5.1 Enrollment Process

Enrollment requires submitting a completed enrollment form and full payment of program fees. Your enrollment is confirmed once we receive and accept your enrollment and payment.

5.2 Program Fees

Current program fees are:

• Ground Level: ฿10,800
• Elevated View: ฿32,500
• Panoramic Strategy: ฿65,500

All fees are in Thai Baht and include applicable taxes. Fees are subject to change with notice.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as communicated during enrollment. Payment must be received in full before program commencement.

5.4 Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participant:

• More than 14 days before program start: Full refund minus ฿500 administrative fee
• 7-14 days before program start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before program start: No refund
• After program commencement: No refund for unused sessions

Cancellation by Ashgrove: If we cancel a program for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative program date.

6. Program Participation

6.1 Attendance Requirements

For group programs, regular attendance is expected. Missing sessions may affect your learning experience. We do not provide refunds for missed sessions due to participant absence.

6.2 Participant Conduct

Participants agree to:

• Treat educators and other participants with respect
• Maintain confidentiality of information shared by other participants
• Arrive punctually for scheduled sessions
• Engage constructively in program activities
• Refrain from disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to remove participants whose conduct violates these standards, without refund.

6.3 Rescheduling

For private consultations, participants may reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ashgrove Content

All educational materials, workbooks, methodologies, and content provided through Ashgrove programs are our intellectual property or used with permission. This includes:

• Program curricula and structure
• Educational resources and frameworks
• Workbooks and exercises
• Website content and design

7.2 License to Participants

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use provided materials solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials
• Use materials to provide similar educational services
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Create derivative works based on our content

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Educational Purpose Only

Ashgrove programs are for educational purposes. We do not provide personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or legal counsel. Information shared should not be construed as professional advice specific to your circumstances.

8.2 No Guarantees

While we design programs to provide valuable financial education, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Specific financial outcomes or results
• Investment performance or returns
• Suitability of concepts to your individual situation
• Tax implications of financial decisions

8.3 Service "As Is"

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our programs will meet your specific needs or that content will be error-free.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashgrove's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from program participation or content use.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal financial information participants choose to share during programs. However, participants in group programs acknowledge that:

• They control what information they disclose in group settings
• Other participants may be present during discussions
• They should not share sensitive personal details in group forums
• Private consultations offer greater confidentiality for sensitive matters

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in programs if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in disruptive or inappropriate conduct
• Provide false or misleading information
• Fail to comply with payment obligations

Termination for cause does not entitle you to refunds of paid fees.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ashgrove, its educators, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in programs, violation of these terms, or misuse of provided content or materials.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Terms in effect at the time of your enrollment govern your program participation.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal action, parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting legal@asshgrovess.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ashgrove regarding program participation.

14.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
